When submitting your application form please let us know what kind of accommodation you would like to book. Please, note that due to the preparation to the coming Winter Olympic Games 2014 the city and the area of Sochi undergoes substantial reconstruction. Therefore accommodation possibilities for the guests of Sochi are at the moment limited. The OC will undertake every action possible to accommodate media representatives as close to the venue as possible. Although we would need to ask you for understanding if you experience the delay with the hotel confirmation or are placed into a hotel further away: your booking will be taken care of and your room will be ready by the time you arrive, but it may take some time for you to know which hotel exactly you will be staying at – out of understandable reasons priority on the booking list will always be given to the national teams.
