Application for participation

Dear Test Event Participants!

If you are planning to use your radios during the competitions in Sochi, you need to comply with the Russian radio communication regulations which may include (but not be limited to) applying for a radio license, reprogramming your stations, etc. We would like to make your stay in Sochi as convenient as possible. Therefore we kindly ask you to download our Radio Communication Questionnaire, fill it out and e-mail it to race@ngl.ru

Please note, that this is not a license application form yet. This is an extra form, completing which you help us to find the best way to assist you with the organization of radio communication during the competitions in Sochi according to the applicable national regulations. After having received and processed the necessary data we will advise you on further actions.
